A.D.S. & Associates carry out surveys in accordance with RICS standards that would highlight problems prior to purchase and potentially inform buyers of future maintenance costs.
For domestic properties this service is delivered in accordance with the Home survey standard (1st edition) RICS professional statement at three levels depending on the client’s requirements.
- Survey Level One – A simple condition report.
- Survey Level Two – More detailed highlighting defects as well as the condition. Comparable with a “Home Buyers Survey” but without a valuation.
- Survey Level Three – A very detailed report highlighting defects, their likely causes and methods of remediation/maintenance. Comparable to a “Structural Survey”.
Surveys of commercial property are also undertaken to RICS standards.
